Two housekeepers will cook and clean for you weekdays (Monday through Friday) from 8:30am to 4:30pm. One housekeeper will be at Villa La Paloma on Saturday and Sunday 9:00am to 2:30pm if required.

Food shopping with Roseline is a morning to remember. Unfortunately not all our groceries are under one roof in St. Lucia. Fortunately Roseline is happy to go with you to show you where to buy the best steaks, cheeses and other gourmet foods, and take you to the fish and vegetable markets (where everything is fresh) as well as the supermarkets. It is a morning of fun and an experience not to be missed. Roseline is a perfect hostess not to mention the most superb Cook. She loves to discuss menus and cooking methods for dishes that she (and maybe you) will prepare.
